He oversees all the client and vendor contracts and with his 40 years of experience he helps the company in providing guidance about laws. He takes care of Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters. Providing advice on legal matters.Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.Reviewing legal material.Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.

Director - Technical

Mr Selvaraju.U.M, BE

He had designed Belt Conveyors, EOT crane/Travelling gantry mounted Tripper cum Shuttle conveyor for spreading material over a width of 40 Meters and alength of 200 Meters, Mobile ship loaders, Paper Reel Handling Elevators, Turn tables,Rotary Brush Cleaners for Belt Conveyors, Paddle Feeders,Scrapper Reclaimers, and Resonance Vibratory Conveyors. Further he had successfully developed polymer based bearing housing for idlers in belt conveyors and they are working in many industries for the past 25 years without seizure. He based on customer's observation and suggestion improvised all conveyor accessories during the last decade.

He Oversees the Production activities of the Company, and he hold a vast experience of over 25 years in Various Industries. He takes care of the end to end Production Process and responsible for determining Quality Standards. Moreover he liaison with all the other departments to ensure the smooth Functioning of the Company.
